  4. Mettere in una ciotola, coprirlo con pellicola e lasciarlo riposare per circa un'ora.
  5. Passato il tempo, formare 6 palline di circa 60 gr ciascuna. Lasciarle sul piano, coprirle con pellicola e lasciar riposare per 20 minuti.
  6. Passato il tempo, stendere le palline: riempirle con la carne e chiuderle bene.
  7. Metterle nella vaporiera e cuocerle per 20 minuti.
