- Mentre gli hamburger cuociono, tagliare il pomodoro. Una volta che la carne è pronta, assemblare il tutto: aprire il pane a metà, spalmare uno strato di ketchup, inserire le fette di pomodoro, l’insalata, la carne con il formaggio, il bacon e la cipolla caramellata.
