  2. Versare le vongole precotte dopo averle scongelate. Tenerle a fuoco lento per un 5 minuti.
  3. Sfumare con vino bianco (circa mezzo bicchiere) e sfumare fino a quando non si sente più il “vapore alcolico”. Per sfumare al meglio alzare la fiamma dei fornelli tenendo una fiamma viva.
  4. Una volta sfumato aggiungere i pomodorini tagliati e abbassare la fiamma dei fornelli. Proseguire nella cottura fino a quando i pomodorini si saranno ammorbiditi.
  5. Aggiungere sale, pepe, peperoncino e prezzemolo a proprio piacere.
  6. Versare gli spaghetti e mescolare per bene gli ingredienti.
